Our founder, Michael Welsh, has been a leader in Vancouver’s property management industry for nearly 15 years. After building one of the region’s most successful firms, he recognized a major gap in the market: most real estate companies split their focus between sales and rentals, leaving landlords frustrated with slow responses, poor communication, and property managers stretched too thin. Michael saw the need for a company that would focus 100% on rentals — not sales — and built Rental Rabbit to fill that void.
